PTAB Forum

Managing IP is holding two PTAB Forums in May, in New York and Palo Alto. The events are free to in-house counsel to attend.

The introduction of the America Invents Act has revolutionised the patent litigation system and, with over five years in practice, there is no doubt that the Patent Trial and Appeal Board has had a profound impact on the global patent landscape.

The forums will contemplate the biggest PTAB issues and provide strategic, innovative recommendations for future proceedings. Topics to be discussed include: lessons learned and tips for future success; evolving procedural challenges associated with AIA; influences on filings, success rates and identifying what is working well; decoding recent decisions; and examination of the future of the PTAB.

You can find out more information about the Managing IP PTAB Forum here, and download the brochures for each event below.

The forum is an opportunity to debate the biggest issues that are influencing PTAB proceedings, and to hear from world leaders in corporations, government officials and legal experts on implementing winning strategies to overcome complex issues and the changing AIA landscape.
