AIPPI passes wide-ranging resolutions
IP practitioners passed resolutions on trade mark dilution, trade secrets, contributory patent infringement and the person skilled in the art during the AIPPI Congress this week
At the Congress, which takes place every two years,
representatives of national groups debate and then vote on a
number of resolutions on current IP topics.
The resolutions can influence governments and international
organisations as they make new IP policies.
